Pennard House has been on my wish list for a long time now. It is a stunning country house down in Somerset with sprawling grounds, beautiful bedrooms, the most wonderful decor - it is a photographers dream.
When I first met Lowri, I was exhibiting at Cheltenham Town Hall. We got chatting and she was telling me about how she was thinking of not getting a wedding photographer as she had booked a wedding videographer whose work she adored. We got on so well and her wedding sounded so beautiful, so when she got back in touch a few days later asking if I was still available I was over the moon.
The videographer that she talked about - Paul Van - is indeed an amazing talent. His wedding videos are art and to work alongside him was a real honour, made even better by the fact that he is one of the loveliest and down to earth wedding suppliers I have had the pleasure of working with. In fact, all the wedding suppliers at this wedding were wonderful which I think is a true reflection of the wonderful souls that are Lowri and Dan - the bride and groom - after all they do say the like attracts like. The venue was beautiful with staff who were so friendly and helpful, the caterers treated us as one of the guests and bought us course after course of the most delicious and beautiful food, the wedding dress was perfect, the flowers were a dream, the dj had the dancefloor full all night. Add to this the loveliest bride and groom and a super stylish wedding and this has to be one of my favourite weddings of the whole year. Take your time looking through this beautiful wedding, there are so many beautiful parts to the day
