Elmore Court is one of my absolute favourites. The house itself has a fantastic symmetry, promising sparkling backdrops for your posed portraits. But behind the timeless interiors lies a fabulous surprise - a forward-thinking venue that throws the ultimate party in the sustainably created Gillyflower. Seeing is believing for this one!
Stanway House should also definitely be on your radar. A vision of honey stone with duck ponds and an incredible fountain completing the picture, this venue lives up to every bit of the country fairy-tale. And for all-out elegance and garden ceremonies, check out Gloucestershire's Eastington Park.

Rustic barn venues
There's no two ways about it: barn weddings are beautiful, and nowhere more so than in the Cotswolds. The stone walls add a softness and romance you'll find hard to beat, and just wait until golden hour... Ticking your boxes? Then Lapstone Barn is well worth a look.
Weddings at Stone Barn beat to a slightly different drum, as old stone walls rub shoulders with rusted corrugated metal. The look is distinctive, rustic and cool. And with gorgeous lighting at every turn, this one really is a treat to photograph. Take inspiration from Katie and Sam's Stone Barn wedding.

Dry hire Cotswolds wedding venues
While the majority of Cotswolds wedding venues don't fit the dry hire bill, Hadsham Farm Weddings buck the trend. A quirky collection of tipis clustered on the shore of a lake, this venue has bags of curb appeal, while also giving couples maximum choice.
The big bits, like furniture and lighting, are already installed, but you have free rein to party however you please.

Capturing couple's special days as a Cotswolds wedding photographer has taken me to many a marquee venue and I love them. Light, airy, blank canvases ready to be styled to the rooftop however you imagine, some of the most breath-taking big days feature marquee receptions.
Debbie and Matt's marquee Bittenham Springs wedding is one I'll always remember. The open-sided elevation let the light pour in, while fairy lights knitted themselves around the soft wooden posts and whimsical milk bottle blooms wove a floral path along the trestle tables. Just magical!
The gorgeous Twyning Park also promises a sensational marquee setting beside the river, while Hilles House is home to an epic yurt with bags of bohemian meets fairy-tale appeal.
